Third, the use of knowledge
a. Work according to the specified load, strictly prohibit overloading, and do not overload 10% in special emergency situations;
b. Manned work is forbidden on fixed lift tables without safety barriers;
c. The lifting platform shall not be moved during the operation and in the ascending position;
d. When the elevator platform is working, it must support the expenditure of the leg. It is forbidden to make violent artificial shaking on the working platform.
e. It is forbidden to carry out any electrified work on the worktable;
f. When the working pressure of the lifting platform is found to be too high or the sound is abnormal, it shall be stopped and checked immediately to avoid serious damage to the lifting platform. For general faults, please refer to (faults and exclusions);
g. When the wind power is less than 5, the machine must not be used during thunderstorms.

Fourth, safety instructions
a. Non-electrical professionals are not allowed to disassemble and disassemble electrical appliances at will to prevent electric shock or misconnection.
b. When it is necessary to enter the lifting table underneath the working platform for maintenance, the lifting platform working platform must be suspended. To prevent the sudden drop of the platform, causing casualties;
c. Non-professionals shall not adjust the overflow valve arbitrarily. When each component in the hydraulic system is working under the specified pressure, any adjustment of the overflow valve may cause the hydraulic system to operate abnormally. There will be unnecessary damage to people, machines, and objects;
d. Before any part of the hydraulic system is unloaded, the pressure must be relieved first to prevent the pressure oil from escaping, and the worktable suddenly falls;
e. Add some lubricating oil between the corresponding moving parts to prolong the service life of the bearings;
f. Check the oil quality and oil level of hydraulic oil. Lift platform rises all the way. In this position, the hydraulic fluid level should be 40-50 mm above the bottom of the tank. If the hydraulic machine is darkened, sticky or has foreign matter such as grit, replace it with 120# hydraulic oil if found.
