1, ring model factors
The surface of the ring surface of the ring mold is calendered and needs to be chamfered again.
The ring mode compression ratio is improperly selected. The appropriate compression ratio should be: livestock and poultry feed 9~13; fish feed 12~15; shrimp feed 20~25; heat sensitive feed 5~9; forage and straw feed 6~9.

The opening ratio of the ring mold is too low, resulting in low yield.
2, the pressure roller factor
The roller shell is worn and needs to be replaced in time.
New ring molds and old press rolls, new press rolls and old ring molds all contribute to low yields. The new ring mold should be equipped with a new pressure roller shell for granulation, so that the overall contact gap between the pressure roller and the ring mold is uniform, and the purpose of uniform wear is achieved.
3, conditioner blade factor
After the blade wears, the effect of material quenching and tempering is affected, the material mixing and absorbing steam are poor; the material of the tempering device is not softened, which affects the pulverization rate and yield of the granule.
4, quenching and tempering temperature factors
The quenching and tempering temperature is too low, and the reasonable quenching and tempering temperature is recommended to be controlled: livestock and poultry material 70~88; fish material 82~95; shrimp material 90~105; heat sensitive feed 45~69. The above recommended temperatures are in degrees Celsius.
5, steam quality factors
The steam pressure of the sub-cylinder should be M0.6Mpa; the steam pressure after decompression should be 0.1~0.3Mpa; the trap should work normally to ensure that the steam is saturated steam without condensate.
Second, several factors leading to low production of crusher
Whether the material has passed the crushing section once.
Whether the material is added with grease in the secondary mixing.
Whether raw materials such as silkworm cocoons are added to the formula.
Whether the steering plate and the main engine are in the same direction.
Whether the dust collector solenoid valve is blown normally and whether the bag is blocked.
The fan of the dust collector is misconfigured and the fan is turning incorrectly.
The hammer screen gap is not suitable and the hammer is worn seriously.

The sieve holes are not in the correct way and the opening ratio is too low.
The air supply port of the impeller feeder is not open or the opening is not suitable.
