The so-called microecological preparation is a living microbial preparation made of a normal microorganism or a substance that promotes the growth of microorganisms. 1 Impact on various economic animals
1.1 Impact on piglets
In the experimental study of Lanqing, the effects of microecological preparations on intestinal microbes of piglets were demonstrated. Thirty-six newborn piglets were divided into test group 1 according to parity, test group 2, test group 3 and control group. The experimental group was fed probiotics preparations 1# and 2#, lml/day/head, of which 1 group was fed continuously for 10 days, 2 groups were fed for 6 days, and 3 groups were fed for 4 days, and the control group was not fed.
During the whole experiment period, the number of E. coli in each group showed a significant downward trend at the 28-day weaning stage, and the test group 1 had the largest decrease, from 1.5xl08cfu/g to 1.1x106cfu/g (see Figure 1).
The number of lactobacilli in the experimental group was relatively stable during the experiment and was higher than that in the control group, among which the test group 1 was the most stable, and the average was maintained at 1.0x108-6.0xl8 cfu/g (see Fig. 2).
At the age of 0-21 days, the number of aerobic and facultative anaerobic bacteria in each test group was stable between 107 and 108 cfu/g, but after 21 days of age, the number of aerobic and facultative anaerobic bacteria in the test group was The downward trend was 2.25x108 cfu/g at 21 days of age and 2.17x106 cfu/g at 28 days of weaning, which was the lowest value in each test group (Figure 3).
