According to the "Management Measures for Innovative Science and Technology Teams in Henan Province" (Yu Ke [2017] No. 168), "Management Measures for Henan Science and Technology Plan Projects (Trial)" (Yu Ke [2016] No. 83) and "Henan Province Science and Technology Plan Project Information" The Public Management Measures (Yuke [2014] No. 137) requires that 12 outstanding innovative and innovative technology teams to be funded in 2018 will be identified through the procedures of unit declaration, expert review, and the approval of the office of the director.
