2 methods
After crushing various kinds of feeds such as corn and sorghum, which need to be saccharified, they are put into wooden barrels or cylinders, and then mixed with appropriate amount of salt and minerals. Each 0.5 cm or so, 1 part of the feed plus 2.0-2.5 parts of hot water boiled, stir evenly while hot, and then layer by layer. After filling, fill the top of the feed with a layer of rice bran or sacks, and cover it to keep it warm. It is best to put it in a warm room to promote saccharification. If you can add some barley malt in the mashed feed, you can accelerate the saccharification of the feed.
3 attention to the problem
When the feed is saccharified, it is necessary to pay attention to the heat preservation. When the temperature in the cylinder is 55-65oC, the saccharification is successful in 3-4 hours. If the room temperature is low, it is necessary to delay the feeding time. After the feed is saccharified (to the feed to sweet acid as a standard), feed immediately to prevent rancidity. According to its fast saccharification characteristics, when making saccharified feed, it should be flexibly controlled according to the number of cattle, the feeding amount of one day and the room temperature, and it can be supplied in batches, and it can be supplied in a planned manner.
4 modulation of fermented feed
4.1 Introduction fermentation method
Because of the high price of the fermented yeast species, before the fermentation of a large batch of feed, the yeast species should be prepared first, and the fermentation of the feed primer can be reduced to reduce the feed preparation cost. Take 100 kg of feed as an example, first take 0.6-1.0 kg of baker's yeast, add 40-50 o C of warm water to 45-50 liters, and sprinkle 20 kg of corn, sorghum, bran and other concentrates, and mix well. Stir one time at intervals of 20-30 minutes, and prepare the primer after 4-6 hours of room temperature fermentation. Add 100-150 liters of water and the remaining 80 kg of concentrate, and stir once every 1 hour. It takes 6-9 hours to make a fermented feed.
4.2 Direct fermentation method
First add 160-200 kg of water to the fermentation tank, add baker's yeast (0.5-1.0 kg of yeast plus 5 warm water) to dilute, then add 100 kg of concentrate, stir once every 30 minutes, after 6-9 hours. Fermented feed.
4.3 Yeast fermentation method
First use yeast to make "enzyme" and then ferment. In 40 kg of saccharified feed, 1 kg of yeast is added, and the mixture is stirred once every 20-25 minutes. The "fermentation enzyme" is prepared for 6 hours. Then take 20 kg of "fermented enzyme" and add it to 110-150 warm water, and add 80 kg of feed for fermentation. The remaining 20 kilograms of "enzyme" can be added to 20 kilograms of saccharified feed and stirred to make "enzyme", which can be continuously fermented 5 times.
