In the next three days, most of the eastern and southwestern parts of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau continued to be rainy (snow), with heavy rains in parts of southeastern Tibet and western Yunnan. The rainy weather in the Yanliang earthquake area is mainly rainy.
2. Cold air will affect the northern region
Beginning on the 12th, there will be a cold air affecting most of the northern part of China from west to east, and will bring a rain (snow) weather process to eastern and northeastern Inner Mongolia. In addition, Inner Mongolia, North China, Huanghuai, Northeast China and other places will have 4 to 8 °C cooling, local cooling can reach 10 °C. There are small to moderate rains in most of the southwestern region and northeastern Heilongjiang, and there is heavy rain in the southeastern part of Tibet and the western part of Yunnan. There are 4 to 5 winds in eastern Inner Mongolia. In the southern part of the East China Sea and the Taiwan Strait, there will be northeast winds of 7 to 8 and gusts of 9 to 10. The northeastern part of the East China Sea and the northeastern part of the South China Sea will have a northerly wind of 6 to 7 and a gust of 8 winds.

The northeastern part of the East China Sea and the northeastern part of the South China Sea will have a northerly wind of 6 to 7 and a gust of 8 winds. 
From 08:00 to 14:00 on the 13th, there is light snow or sleet in northern Tibet, southern Qinghai, northwestern Sichuan Plateau, eastern Inner Mongolia, and northern Heilongjiang; southeastern Tibet, southeastern part of northwestern region, Jianghan, northwestern part of Jiangnan, southwestern region There are small to moderate rains or showers in the east and south, northwest and southeast of Sichuan, Jilin, south central Heilongjiang, and Taiwan. There are 4 to 5 winds in parts of central and eastern Inner Mongolia. The northeastern part of the East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, and the northeastern part of the South China Sea will have a northerly wind of 6 to 7 and a gust of 8 winds.
