1. No new hardware is found in the system after the video card is inserted

The metal feet of the board may not be in good contact with the PCI slot. You can remove the board and reinsert it, or wipe the metal feet with rubber to replace another PCI slot.

2. After the software runs, there is no image in the display box or the image is abnormal

Check whether the video signal source is normal and the board cable is firmly inserted. The recommended graphics chip is ATI9200 or above. DirectX8.0 or above is required. The display setting is 1024 * 768 resolution and 32-bit true color. In the case of "Settings" → "System Settings" → "Other", uncheck "Support Overlay Mode Preview" and restart the software to take effect.

3. The first time the software is run, the database cannot be created

It must be ensured that the hard disk has at least three partitions. The software will not use the C and D disks. It can only create databases from the partitions starting from the E disk. The file system of the disk must also be in NTFS format.

4. The minimize button in the upper right corner is invalid

You must first remove the "Lock System Key" function in the "Settings" → "System Settings" → "Others" option to use it.

5. Storage, backup and playback of video files

The database adopts the method of preset space. After the database is created, the selected partition is completely occupied and its files cannot be viewed in Windows. If you want to back up the recording data, you can transfer it to other disk partitions in the playback interface. 6. The client and IE cannot browse the host image

First make sure that the computer on the network is connected to the host normally, check whether there are other applications on the host side occupying the 80 port, you can modify the network port in the "Settings" → "Network Settings" → "Communication Parameters", IE access needs Set the computer's IE security level to the minimum to allow the control to download normally. If the XP system cannot lower the security level, you can enter the IE security custom level to change all the disabled items of the control to prompt or enable.
