This project is aimed at the sulfur and organic matters contained in black-gray bauxite. It is difficult to deal with the technical difficulties of conventional alumina production technology. It invented a composite additive for desulfurization and organic removal. The composite additive can simultaneously remove sulfur and organic impurities. The removal rate reached above 97%, and the alumina dissolution rate of black ash ore was increased by 1-2%. The project successfully succeeded in the high-pressure and high-organic black-ash bauxite direct high-pressure stripping process technology, and the technical and economic indicators were superior. The beneficiation process; this process simultaneously desulfurizes and removes organics in the dissolution process, the process is simple, the cost is low, and it is easy to interface with the existing Bayer process. The technology solves the technical problems of black-ash bauxite processing and is of great significance to the expansion of the use of bauxite resources. The project has significant economic and social benefits, and the overall technology has reached the international advanced level.
