In response to the shortcomings of the traditional manual pipe bender, we made a bold improvement, using a "folding handle and hook balance" method to make a new type of manual pipe bender. In the process of pushing and pulling, the bending and loading and unloading of the pipe fittings can be completed, and the work efficiency of the pipe bending is increased by more than three times. The structure of the pipe bender is shown in Figure 1. It consists of fixed wheel die 2, centering shaft 4, folding handle shaft 6, folding handle 9, roller die 10, hook 12, round pipe eccentric press 14 and limit block 15
