Our factory is a professional manufacturer of Dongfeng BM021A freight three-wheeled motorcycle engine. There is a kind of finger in the parts machined in our workshop, which needs to be milled at both ends (Figure 1). Originally, we used two three-sided milling cutters with a diameter of φ125mm to simultaneously mill both ends of the finger on the X62W horizontal milling machine.
