Momentive Union will establish its first factory in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu, China, adjacent to the original Zhenjiang Liancheng Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. production facilities. The new plant will produce a full range of specialty thermoplastic phenolic resins and A-stage thermosetting phenolic resins. It is expected that the project will begin in early 2012 and be put into trial operation in the first quarter of 2013.
