The supervisor should stand in the position of a third party to perform his duties in accordance with the state's provisions on the quality inspection and acceptance of decorative works and reasonably control the construction period. Under the premise of guaranteeing construction quality, the project construction task should be completed as soon as possible, and the quality of the project should be improved when the project is completed ahead of schedule.
Control of project quality : Responsible for supervision and inspection of construction quality and ensuring project quality are the fundamental tasks of home improvement supervision. All those who do not meet the construction quality standards should immediately propose to the constructors that they should be corrected or stopped to maintain the interests of the clients. The inspection of the concealed works in different phases shall be conducted in a timely manner so as to avoid acceptance after a certain construction stage and thus leave hidden safety hazards.
Assisting the customer in the completion acceptance of the project : As the representative of the customer, home improvement supervision should assist the customer in the completion acceptance work and sign the opinions on the completion acceptance certificate. Supervise the construction unit to do the project warranty during the warranty period.
