No matter which kind of soil, it should be excavated under the surface of 10 cm below the ground, and exposed to sunlight for 3 to 4 days, then add 1% lime, 0.1% carbendazim and mix and disinfect, for internal filling of nutrient soil. Add 0.5% phosphate fertilizer, 0.3% urea.
Second, the bacteria bag should not be too long. The length of the bag is 25 cm long.
Third, the bacteria wall. Do not take off the bag wall when the bag is just full of hyphae. It should be re-base after the yellow water is discharged (to reach physiological maturity) or when the original base is formed. When the wall is built, the physiological maturity is consistent, so that the mushrooms are neat and easy to manage.
Fourth, hydration. According to the physiological needs of Pleurotus ostreatus and the dry and wet conditions of soil and materials, timely and appropriate amount of water should be replenished. The water content in the pre-bacterial bag should be less, so that the soil moisture can reach 20%. After picking a mushroom, you can make up 1 big water (should be done after a few days of stopping water and nourishing). Note that the hydration should not be too strong and leakproof.
5. Adjust the humidity of the air and material surface. After the pre-production of the mushroom, not only the water should be replenished into the wall, but also the air should be humidified to keep the surface moist. And keep the air humidity at around 80%.
