Ultrasonic degreasing refers to a degreasing method that emits ultrasonic waves into the degreasing liquid, accelerates the degreasing process, and improves the degreasing efficiency. When the ultrasonic wave is emitted into the liquid, the liquid will be ultrasonically oscillated. The pressure inside the liquid suddenly decreases, and then the instantaneous pressure suddenly increases. This is repeated repeatedly. When the pressure suddenly decreases, a lot of vacuum will be generated in the solution. Very small holes, the gas dissolved in the solution will be sucked into the cavity to form bubbles. At the moment after the formation of the small bubbles, the bubbles are crushed due to the pressure increase, and a shock wave is generated, which accelerates the oil off. The surface of the workpiece improves the efficiency of degreasing.
Ultrasonic degreasing is usually used in combination with organic solvent degreasing and chemical degreasing. Ultrasonic cleaning machine is a common equipment for ultrasonic degreasing. It consists of ultrasonic transducer, ultrasonic cleaning tank and ultrasonic generator, which are affected by the following factors:
1) The power of the ultrasonic generator is higher, and the degreasing effect is better;
2) The ultrasonic addition method can be divided into the groove and the groove, the former has a larger power and the latter is smaller;
3) The frequency and amplitude of the ultrasonic wave should be reasonably selected according to the size and shape of the metal surface;
4) The position of the part and the surface perpendicular to the ultrasonic wave have the best degreasing effect, so it is better to continuously rotate and flip the part.
