The company has two major dangerous sources of hazardous chemicals in the liquid ammonia storage tank area and the gas storage area. The gas storage cabinet area is rectified on the basis of the original DCS, and the SIS (Safety Instrumentation System) is added to realize independent monitoring. The liquid ammonia storage tank area transformation includes reconstruction of the steel structure operation room, increase of the emergency shut-off valve for each storage tank import and export, and leakage of liquid ammonia. The spray absorption device is changed from manual to automatic control, and the liquid ammonia major leakage alarm signal is led to the central control room and the dispatching room.
