Corporate security production blacklist is released quarterly

The reporter learned from the State Administration of Production Safety Supervision and Administration that the publication of the “blacklist” of corporate safety production will be institutionalized and normalized. In the future, from the first month of the first quarter of each quarter, the list of companies that illegally violated the law and the related information on production safety in the previous quarter will be announced.

According to the person in charge of the State Administration of Work Safety, the information will be reported to the relevant authorities of the State Council and the local safety supervision and supervision department as an important reference for strictly restricting new project approval, land use approval, securities financing, and bank loans.

Before this, the “blacklist” of corporate safety production was only issued in some industries from time to time.
