Summary of this tenth
In Inner Mongolia, most of Inner Mongolia and northeastern regions have high temperatures and good moisture conditions, which is conducive to the growth of crops and pastures. Most of the northern summer-sown areas have obvious precipitation processes, and the drought has been alleviated, which is conducive to the sowing and emergence of summer-sown crops; More precipitation in South China and Southwest China is not conducive to early rice flowering pollination, dryland crops and melons and vegetables growth and development. Local heavy precipitation also causes flood disasters and agricultural production suffers certain losses.
Main weather characteristics of this week
Except for the temperature in most of North China, Huanghuai West, South China and Southwest China, the temperature in most other parts of the country is higher than that in normal years, including the eastern part of Inner Mongolia and the north of Northeast China, which is 2~4°C (Fig. 1); In the central and western parts of the Yellow River and Huaihe River, most of Jianghan, most of the south of the Yangtze River, and the central part of South China, there is a high temperature range of ≥35 °C (Fig. 2). The distribution of precipitation in the country is uneven. The precipitation in most parts of North China, southeastern Jiangnan, and central and western China is more than 5 to 80% more than normal. The southwestern part of Xinjiang and central Inner Mongolia are 2 to 4 times more. The central part of northwestern China, the northeastern part of the northeast, and Huanghuai Precipitation in the central, Jianghuai, western Jiangnan, and most parts of Yunnan is less than 5 to 80% (Figure 3). Except for the sunshine in the northwest and northeast regions, there are few sunshine in most of the agricultural areas, and the sunshine in most of western and southwestern China is less than 30 hours (Figure 4).

Analysis of Agricultural Meteorological Conditions in Main Agricultural Areas
Inner Mongolia, Northeast: Most of the light is sufficient, the temperature is 1~2 °C higher than normal. The northeastern region has low temperature and high rainfall, and the soil moisture is suitable, which is conducive to make up for the adverse effects of low temperature in the early period on the crops; Inner Mongolia has more precipitation and sufficient soil water storage, which is conducive to the growth of crops and pastures.
Northwest China, North China, and Huanghuai: During the period of precipitation, there was a significant precipitation process. The precipitation in most parts of North China and the northwestern part of the country was more than 50% to 1 times, and the drought was alleviated, which was conducive to the emergence of summer crops and seedling growth. High temperature weather occurred in most parts of Huanghuai, precipitation was still low, and drought in some parts of Henan, Shandong and Anhui continued, which was not conducive to sowing seedling emergence and seedling growth in summer.
Jianghuai and Jianghan: Rizhao is more abundant, and Jianghuai precipitation is less, which is not conducive to crop growth and rice planting in the first season. Jianghan has more precipitation and improved soil moisture, which is conducive to the growth of dryland crops.
Jiangnan and South China: Rainy weather in the southeastern part of the Yangtze River and in the central and western parts of South China. The precipitation in the first ten days is 100-250 mm. The number of heavy rains and heavy rains in some areas is 2 to 3 days, which is not conducive to early rice flowering pollination, dryland crops and growth of fruits and vegetables. In addition, floods in some areas have had a certain impact on agricultural production. At the same time, there are many precipitations and high air humidity, which leads to the rapid development of crops and fruit trees.
Southwest: Most of the temperature is slightly lower than normal, precipitation is more, and sunshine is less than 30 hours, which is not conducive to spring maize flowering pollination and rice tiller. At the same time, the field air humidity is high, crop pests and diseases are spreading rapidly, and the effects of chemical control are also affected. . The precipitation in Sichuan and Guizhou has reached 50-250 mm, which is conducive to soil growth and pond storage. However, local rainstorms have caused floods in farmland and agricultural production has suffered some losses.
Main agricultural meteorological disasters
The main agricultural meteorological disasters in the first ten years were drought, heavy rain, floods, strong winds, hail, pests and diseases (Figure 17).
Drought: During the summer, there is obvious precipitation in the summer sowing area. The precipitation in most parts of North China and the eastern part of the northwest is more than 50% to 1 times. The drought is relieved, which is conducive to replanting and seedling growth of summer crops. However, the precipitation in most parts of Huanghuai is still relatively low, and high temperature weather occurs. The drought in some areas of eastern Henan, south central Shandong, northern Anhui and other places persists, which is not conducive to the sowing and emergence of summer sowing crops.
Heavy rains and floods: strong rainfall occurred in the southeastern part of the south of the Yangtze River, the western part of South China, and the eastern part of the southwestern part of the country. Floods occurred in parts of Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Guangxi, Guizhou, Sichuan and other provinces, rice, corn and other crops, fruits and vegetables, and aquatic products. Farming has suffered some losses. In addition, the No. 6 strong tropical storm “Du Suyu†landed on the coast of Guangdong on June 30. Due to the impact, heavy rain and rain occurred on the coast of South China, and crops, fruit trees, vegetables and agricultural facilities were damaged.
Gale, hail: Xinjiang, Gansu, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia and other places have a gale disaster, spring corn, cotton, fruit trees, vegetables and other damage to varying degrees.
Pests and diseases: In some areas, cotton is affected by insect pests, such as locust pests in Xinjiang and cotton bollworms in Hebei Feixiang. In addition, aphid damage occurs in Sichuan, and Yunnan Zhaotong tobacco leaves suffer from leaf spot disease.
