Another type of decarburization is reaction decarburization. The most important reason for reaction decarburization is that sufficient molten steel and inclusions penetrate into the interior of the material, and carbon and the free particles in the steel react with the oxide to form decarburization.

The purity of the carbonaceous raw material also affects the erosion resistance of the material. If graphite is used as the main carbonaceous material of the wrong carbon material, its ash containing PP flame retardant A12O will partially stabilize the oxidative failure with calcium oxide and magnesium oxide, leading to oxidative misfit to form a monoclinic phase and make the material Due to the large volume expansion, the selection of high purity graphite as a carbonaceous feedstock can reduce the negative impact of the above ash on the stability of partially stable oxidative errors.
