The Jilin rural video surveillance system construction site meeting was held on September 18 in Huinan County. Huang Guanchun, deputy governor and public security chief, attended the meeting and delivered an important speech.

Regarding the in-depth development of rural video surveillance systems, Vice Governor Huang Guanchun emphasized three points:
