Hubei Chemical Fertilizers Hold Hands to Revitalize the Market

On August 2nd, Sinopec Hubei Chemical Fertilizer Co., Ltd. joined hands with Yichang Xingfa Group and reached ** supply intention. The existence of interaction between two neighboring companies helps the regional market to revitalize stocks, seek common development, and become bigger and stronger.

In accordance with the requirements for Sinopec to completely withdraw from the fertilizer industry, Hubei Chemical Fertilizer has built a new ethylene glycol project with an annual output of 200,000 tons of synthetic gas and produced qualified ethylene glycol products in March this year. After converting the Hubei chemical fertilizer into energy-saving and low-carbon principles, the crude synthesis gas produced will be used for the production of ethylene glycol, and the remaining production** will have a monthly output of around 50,000 tons. The demand for ** in the Xingdu Group's Yidu Park is 150,000 tons. The two companies are only 100 miles away, so it is a snap to reach a long-term cooperation intention.

On the same day, Hubei Chemical Fertilizer also introduced the inspection and maintenance business from Hubei Chemical Fertilizer restructuring to the Xingfa Group and put forward the cooperation intention because of the discontinued woven sack business of Hubei Fertilizer. Xingfa Group stated that it has built new chemical parks in Yuting, Yidu and other places. Its main business is the development, production and sales of phosphorus chemical products and fine chemical products. There is ample room for cooperation between the two parties.
