In order to accelerate the development and application of advanced environmental protection equipment, improve the overall level and supply quality of the environmental protection equipment manufacturing industry, and provide strong support for the construction of ecological civilization and high-quality economic development, we are now organizing the development of the "Major Environmental Protection Technology and Equipment Catalogue Encouraged by the State ( 2020 Edition) ) "Recommended work. The relevant matters are notified as follows:
1. Work content
Focus on pollution prevention and control and the national ecological and environmental protection main indicator requirements, strengthen innovation drive, break through the technical bottlenecks in the key core technology of environmental protection equipment and supporting parts, materials, pharmaceuticals and other fields, and strengthen advanced and applicable environmental protection equipment in metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, The promotion and application of light industry, textiles, electroplating and other key fields continuously improve the standardization, complete set and automation of environmental protection equipment. The recommended technical equipment must meet the following conditions:
(1) Leading in the technical equipment industry and in the stage of development, application or promotion. Among them, the development category refers to technical equipment that has achieved major technological breakthroughs through independent research and development, technology introduction, etc., and has been initially verified by users; the application category refers to technical equipment that is domestically leading, has an industry-leading role and market application prospects, and has achieved industrialized production. ; Promotion category refers to technical equipment with mature and reliable technology, large promotion potential, economical and applicable, and successful application cases.
(2) The technical equipment meets the requirements of the relevant product quality standards, and the pollutant control after application is better than the relevant national pollution discharge standards, or better than the relevant requirements of key regions, key river basins, and special emission limits for key industries.
(3) The recommended scope includes air pollution control, water pollution control, soil pollution remediation, solid waste treatment, noise and vibration control, special instruments for environmental monitoring, special materials and agents for environmental pollution control, environmental pollution emergency treatment, and environmental pollution control equipment 9 key areas including special parts. Encourage the recommendation of technical equipment for desulfurization, denitrification, fine particulate matter, volatile organic compound treatment and multiple pollutants coordinated control, high-salt industrial wastewater, electroplating wastewater, landfill leachate and other water treatment technical equipment, efficient sludge dehydration and treatment, soil heavy metal pollution Technical equipment for treatment, rural water pollution and garbage treatment, and medical waste treatment.
2. Work requirements
(1) All provincial-level industrial and information technology, science and technology, ecological and environmental authorities and relevant industry associations are requested to organize the R&D or production units of environmental protection equipment in their respective regions and industries to fill in the "Environmental Protection Technology and Equipment Declaration" (Annex 2 , 3 , 4 ), and is responsible for reviewing and recommending technical equipment that meets the requirements.
(2) Please submit the official recommendation opinions, "Environmental Protection Technology and Equipment Recommendation Summary Table" (Annex 1 ) and "Environmental Technology and Equipment Declaration" and other paper materials (in duplicate) before August 31 , 2020 (Monday).
