The WS5-400 welder (see Figure 6) has both argon arc welding (high pressure pulse pilot), cellulose electrode down welding, and low hydrogen electrode down welding. The welding machine is simple and practical, and has superior performance. It is one of the ideal long-distance pipeline welding equipments, especially suitable for high-sulfur pipeline welding. The main technical parameters of the WS4-400 welder are shown in Table 4.

The MD-2×400 diesel engine driven digital pipe welding station (see Figure 7) allows two welders to weld at the same time. The workstation has four functions: flux cored wire self-shielded welding, cellulose electrode down welding, low hydrogen electrode down welding and argon arc welding. It can meet the requirements of mainstream welding process for large oil and natural long-distance pipeline construction, and can be used for pipelines. Full position bottoming, filling and cap welding. The main technical parameters of the MD-2×400 diesel engine driven digital pipeline welding workstation are shown in Table 5.

The workstation uses high-performance imported diesel engines and Stanford generators, which can adapt to field welding construction operations in geographical and climatic conditions such as desert, Gobi, Loess Plateau, Jiangnan water network, coastal areas, etc., and can work stably for a long time.

The whole machine is monitored by a microcomputer, and one-button operation is realized by opening and closing, which is simple to use. The microcomputer monitors the working status of the unit (oil temperature, oil pressure, water temperature, speed/accumulated working time) at any time. Once the fault occurs, it automatically enters the shutdown program and alarms to ensure the safety of the system.

The workstation is equipped with a 50Hz high-power auxiliary power output (three-phase 380V/45A/50Hz and single-phase 220V/5A/50Hz).

MG series gasoline-grade drive multi-function welder (see Figure 8) has a novel appearance, a variety of welding functions and excellent welding performance. It adopts the first high-frequency chopper technology in China, the arcing performance, dynamic characteristics and welding of the welder. The performance is superior to the traditional internal combustion engine driven welder.

MG series welder has self-protecting core wire welding, cellulose electrode down welding, low hydrogen electrode down welding, ordinary electrode manual welding, argon arc welding and other functions.
