Although the HEINRICH KIPP WERK company in Sulz, Neckar, Germany, has a history of more than 100 years, the reputation of their products far exceeds the familiarity of the company itself. “Kipp Clamping Parts†and “Kipp Fastening Handles†have been around for more than 60 years. Kipp's clamping parts were developed in 1950 and Kipp's first fastening handle was developed about two years later.
Over the past 60 years, the company has developed a wide variety of products around these two categories; such as operating parts, standardized parts, workpiece clamping systems and special systems. At the same time, they continue to invest in development and production equipment, especially logistics systems. With six locations and more than 300 employees, KIPP is now a global supplier of these products - more than 15,000 products in their sample.
General Manager Heinrich Kipp has been the third generation of people who have been in charge of this family business since 1987.
Although there are still many prototype products in the experimental stage, none of them is the result of the company's efforts to develop.
